Training
courses:
We offer training courses related
to our components such as micromotors, aluminum blades, heat exchangers
and capilar copper tubes, and their correct use within a refrigeration
system.
The level of these courses is designed for technical personnel giving
service in the field or for the purchasing department of our clients.
These kinds of courses have been given several times in plants of
the Coca Cola Company in Mexico, who is one of our final consumers.

Consulting:
We have experience in commercial refrigeration
company's consulting. Our clients can contact our engineering department
to optimize their process or to improve the efficiency in their refrigeration
systems.
Benchmarking
Studies:
When a given client needs to make a validation
of a component of their refrigeration system and the goal is to improve
technical specifications of a product, our company can make comparative
behavior tests to suggest better solutions. Our clients can contact
our testing laboratory and rely on our benchmarking studies to support
their purchasing options.
Wire
Electoerosion Machining cutting facilities (WEDM):
We have WEDM machines capable to cut
profiles in any type of metals, no matter the level of hardness.
These machines cut metal by a controlled short-circuit (sparking)
between the brass wire and the workpiece, their cutting speed is 0.31
square inches per minute. The maximum height of the workpiece that
can be set is 9.8 inches (25 cm), the maximum length is 18.9 inches
and the maximum width is 13.8 inches.
The control is capable of cutting profiles designed by CAD in 2 axis
or, if required, in 4 axis for cutting dissimilar shapes with a precision
of a couple of microns. This technology is ideal for the manufacturing
of cutting dies or for extrusion dies.
Design
and production of tooling and molds with CAD/CAM:
Currently we use CAD/CAM technology
for designing and making our own molds.
The software we use is the leading CAD/CAM software for making complex
molds that require precise milling by CNC machining with 3 simultaneous
axis.
This software from Delcam PLC offers computer aided design with solid
and complex surfaces (CAD), and also has the best Computer Aided Machining
(CAM) software for generating Gerber codes for machining with gouge
free machining.
The machining of the workpiece is made in a CNC milling machine and
can make special works that need the shortest deliver time.
Aluminum
extrusion :
We
have a 450 Ton press that can extrude original designs.
The design and manufacture of the extrusion dies can be made in
our CNC workshop facilities.
Our preheating induction furnace helps to preseve the enviroment.
