We manufacture aluminum blades of 3105 alloy with H16 or H18 temper in the following outer diameter sizes: 7", 7 3/4", 8", 8 3/4", 9", 10", 12" and 14".

The attack angle of the blades that we make is: 20°, 25°, 30°, 32° y 37°.

The common combinations of angle and diameter are 25° and 30° in all the diameters, but we can adapt to any customer request for air flux.

In plastic blades we have 6 models from 4" diameter up to 6 3/4" with angles from 20° up to 30°.

Advantages of the hard aluminium blades:

1. Reduction of noise resulting from aerodynamic design due to CAD/CAM. The balance is superior than blades made without this technology.

2. Deformation problems minimized due to handling and assembly of refrigerators.The aluminium sheet employed is more rigid and helps to form an extremely resistant blade.

3. Increment in air flux due to less turbulence with smoothness in the curves.

4. Attack angle optimized in all the blade surface to increase the ammount of air delivered. This helps to transmit power from the motor to the refrigeration system more efficiently.
