Micromotor
brackets:
Supports
4-pole motors within the condenser unit of a refrigerator. Its design
has several options for universal mounting of any 4-pole motor.
It is manufactured with 12 caliber galvanized steel sheets. The
cutting profile minimizes weight without affecting its stiffness
and it controls the undesirable vibration of the motor's operation.
There are four commercial heights available, see table. And if a
client recommends another height we can redesign the proper tooling
in order to make a custom bracket due to our WEDM facilities.
Leveler
legs:
Steel screws with injected polipropilene
plastic inserts (PVC) in order to resist the weight and tough handling
of the refrigerator unit. We have two different models for heavy and
for moderate loads.
Electric
harnesses:
Designed to optimize the electric connections
of refrigerator units.
We
have a special plant capable of designing and manufacturing optimum
electric connections for electrical components of refrigerators.
We have two providers of terminals, AMP (Tyco) or UP (Escubedo). We
can deliver UL and CSA recognition components or non-recognition components
as well.
Our process for assembling terminals guarantees consistency in every
clamping because each machine has its own applicator and is never
interchanged with different applicators so the quality of our harnesses
is always the same. |
